Texas Tech University School of Law

The topic for our next chapter meeting is Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) Fundamentals. What is KCS and why is it important to a support organization? Once you decide that KCS is important for your organization, how do you begin to implement the process? These questions and more will be answered by our guest speaker, Randall King. As an administrator for TTUIT Division's service management application as well as their knowledge management product, RightAnswers, Randall has a wealth of real world experience to share. In addition to holding a certification in Knowledge Centered Support, Randall obtained his MIS degree from Easter New Mexico University and has more than a decade of experience in IT Support.

Following Randall's presentation we will have a brief meeting to elect a new VP of Membership for our chapter and an optional tour of the impressive technology facilities that support the TTU school of Law. This tour is scheduled from 1:00pm-2:00pm.

Registration is now open for this event, which includes lunch, provided by our meal sponsor, Mandry Technology Solutions, LLC.
